I am not surprised actually as about 50% of my purchase in the last year from Spyderco have had returnable issues, but was hoping against hope. Oh well, not like I don't have 4 other Millies.

Radioshack PCB etchant solution is what you use to etch logos into a coated blade. I tie a string through the top clip hole, and submerge it into the solution for about 15-20 minutes. When you see a knife that's been "acid washed", it's been dipped into this etchant solution and then stonewashed.

I received mine and I am very pleased. These are very well put together. I was very surprised to notice that the overall width and weight are not that much different from my factory DLC Military. The F&F is excellent and lockup is at 40% and rock solid with no movement. The grinds are even and blade is centered. A big THANK YOU to Spyderco and KW for making this sprint run happen.

Curious between this or the jade M4 sprint which you guys like more? If, of course, anyone got both. Asking because since I am returning this knife I am struggling with asking for a replacement or just getting a refund and getting the Jade M4 and saving $100.

Yup. That's what I meant.

Radio Shack near me going out of business for the 3rd time. Along with selling the store fixtures,there was 1 lone bottle of etching solution for 60% off. Time to dunk those shiny clips.
