Great pics GoldenSpydie. Mine should arrive today.

Mine will be here today as well. Those last two pictures provided by generous forumites have restored my interest in the knife. Even if the color scale was adjusted to make the scales look brighter haha.

Definitely not the "safety" red I was hoping for, but it's a nice deep red. Here's another color pic

Mine arrived as well. I like the red more than I thought I would. It's definitely a better shade of red than the Forum Native IMO.

Based upon your & GoldenSpydie's pics it does look like a nice red. Not exactly what I was hoping for either but I'll take it. If Never Summer would send me mine I'll be happy.

In fairness, we didn't ship the knives to Never Summer until just before Christmas (a few days before) and with the holiday I'm sure they didn't have much of a chance to start shipping the knives out. We've reached out to our contacts just to see how things are going. We appreciate your patience and most definitely appreciate your support of such a very worthy organization (NFFF).

It's no big deal Kristi. It's just the "shock" for lack of better word to find them on your website at this time, when originally told by Never Summer february 2017 delivery. I even managed to find a firefighter in the US willing to buy and send one to me, so it's more of a slight sigh from me for taking the unnecessary "detour" :)

One more color comparison picture. It's not as bright red as the weave on the Domino, but nowhere near as dark as the forum Native. I like it.

This one is soooo tempting. I love how that red is, but I can't get past the combo edge.
