Jason Breeden rescue thingie.

It's a sleeper, just like his Captain. And it looks good !

Of course the para 2 is nice as is the "balance". And there are plenty of others I like.

But that JB knife...cant wait to get it in my hand(s). Bummer that I couldnt go to the Spyderco meeting... :(

Just in case

If I had to pick one, I would say the Para 2. PPT is a close runner up followed by the Rescue in 3rd place...

I fondled all of them at the Amsterdam event.
My faves were the Caly 3.5 (such pure lines!) and Jason's Rescue model.
As I don't have a paramilitary yet, I also think I will wait for the updated one.

Well, I already have a Shabaria.
Visually one of the most interesting knives, but I must say that it doesn't grip particularly well. It's just a display piece for me...

Now that I'm actually done posting everything, I can join the regular discussion.

My favorites are:
- Paramilitary 2
- FRN Manix 2
- Balance
- Carbon Fiber Chinese Folder
- Perrin PPT

If I could pick only one, it'd be the FRN Manix, it has some really neat new technology I'd love to try out.

Having said that, I just know I'm also going to pick up the new UKPKs and the Caly 3.5 when they come out.

Busted, guilty as charged! The 2010 catalog was a bit underwhelming for me, but then all these new models and sprints come out that are right up my alley. It's not fair!

Oh and I did leave out the Sage 3. ;)

I'm bumping this thread to say that YCS has placed a few of the prototype knives up for pre-sale. A note: YCS doesn't wait to ship for payment.

I am down for one Super Leaf and one Breeden Rescue.
