Wow, on my phone it first looked like a turtle but that's a snake bro! Beautiful dogs and fearless it seems, pure or mix breeds is irrevelant to me. There was a time when a Afghan Windhound went on a first date with a large Rottweiler, both ancient breeds one designed for hunting the other bred for war as a paid soldier in the Roman Legions. And the first Dobermann Pinscher saw the light and is now over a century later still considered one of the best, fiercest, most loyal guard dogs in existence with strictly enforced bloodlines. Created by Herr Dobermann for protection, he was a tax collector.

I got him in Illinois from a cattle guy who breeds them for work and to sell.

More heart than I've ever seen in any other dog, he's a working dog who loves to work. However, he's a bit crazy....

I delivered pepper’s yesterday and got to see a young lady wh loves dogs and showed her a picture of the Catahoula . She laughed and told me she personally knows a breeder in our area ! If I was only younger ! Dan

The loss of Ozzie has finally been settled and the Vet agreed to write off procedure and pay for hospital bill and cremation . They contacted Ozzie’s breeder and his sister just had pups , 6 girls and 2 boys ! Will post the pick out of litter sometime soon . Dan

Yes Sir, did some research on the Catahoula and they're an amazing ancient breed handed down from the natives to new settlers centuries ago. The variety of patterns indicates a strong genetic diversity, which is very important to breed healthy pups with good instincts. Excellent security, the picture is proof of that! Even the lil guy's not too concerned from the looks of it...

I misunderstood daughter about Great Dane litter . Ozzie’s sister will be delivering this Fall . So this is newest member of the family to chum around with Cruz .Nala came home yesterday and visited us this morning . She is a 2 1/2 pound Pug pup and a little sweetie . I am mostly a big dog kind of guy but she won me over instantly. She is too small to bring into house , Patch would definitely go into attack mode . Dan
