Counting done :
Victorinox's steel wins easily with 10 occurences, followed close by Opinel's carbon steel and Mora's carbon and stainless steels.

• S35VN - 5 (no Spyderco in it, was 6 before i gave the N5 G10 to my brother)

• S30V - 5

• M390, VG-10 and K390 - 3

• S90V, Maxamet, ZDP-189 and 14C28N - 2

• XHP, BD1N, 20CV, M4, LC200N, S110V, S45VN, SPY27, etc. - 1

Funny thing is, S35VN is about my favorite stainless and I only have three knives in it.

Have the most of
VG10, S30V, Victorinox steel, AUS8 and 154CM (tied), M390 and N690 (tied) and then everything else.

Most used steels are probably on my kitchen knives so VG10, SG2 and some unknown carbon steel on a knife I got in Tokyo.
