Let's git 'er done. :) I'm actually fine with either blade shape - both would be cool. Are we all fine with beautiful dark blue and a darkened clip?

I got my debit card out, where do I place my order?

I hope we can convince Sal to make this knife but until then we need as many votes as possible to grab his attention :)

A dark blue, 52100 ukpk would be a fun little knife for sure, just hope my bank manager doesn't take away my debit card before it comes out :p

52100 FFG with dark blue FRN scales works for me!! :)

I'd presume that a dark clip would eventually show signs of wear however this will only add to the character of a well used EDC

The clips on the G10 UKPKs are heat colored, so it won't wear. Just nice and discreet. That, with the blue jean color will just be nice and discreet.

I'd prefer a leaf shape blade

The dark midnight blue will be reserved for CPM S110V. Something we'll eventually add in the UK model, as well as other models.

Thanks for the reply Sal, good to know cpm s110v will eventually come to the ukpk lineup. As you can see a sprint in 52100 is leading the way in our poll, is this a steel you are interested in working with? The more I read about 52100 the more it piqued my interest and I'm sure it's the same with a lot of the guys here. As far as I am aware you have only used this steel in a mule team, so maybe it's about time to try it in a ukpk? :)

How about a sprint run ukpk in sky blue?

52100 is one of my favorites. It's the only steel that I've forged.

So now we know which option you voted for :D

Joking apart, I don't want to push you into a yes or no answer regarding a ukpk sprint but if we get enough votes in the poll by the end date (03/31/15) will you at least pencil in a discussion of the results for a future r&d meeting?

Thank you Sal :)

Democracy is certainly alive and kicking on this forum. Now hurry up everyone and vote for 521000 :D

btw Sal, I hope you are having a good time over here in Europe despite the weather and that you brought a good cheese knife for all that delicious Edam and Gouda cheese :)

52100 will develop a dark patina like super blue so the next question (if we have chosen 52100) is what color handle would go well with a nice patina.

Maybe the blue/grey like the super blue sprints got?

Well, at least I'll get a 110V blue UKPK someday. As for this one, what about a dark burnt orange? If not, a lighter blue sounds okay. Not Smurfy though.
By the way, thanks for listening to, and putting up with us, Sal. It's your fault though; if you didn't design such cool knives, we wouldn't desire sprints of them. ;)

Well considering there has never been an orange FRN UKPK (leaf shape) I think that would be popular. Orange always seems to draw a crowd.

Come on everybody keep voting!

As Sal confirmed that s110v is coming to the ukpk at some stage could all of you who voted for s110v please re-cast your vote for one of the other options :)

Whatever the steel, since I like earth tones, I'd love handles in coyote brown, foliage green or something similar.

What about a green like the Goddard sprint? Nice OD?

If we were talking colours like that I would prefer tan or khaki. Like the tan on the Kahr Delica.
