Indeed, KC has taken a while in the past. However, they're also often the first ones to have the pre-order up, so it'd a double edged sword.

Since we're in the merry month of March I thought I would give this thread a bump to see if anyone has heard when it will be released. Was the PPT shown at the A'dam meet? I'm thinking no, but thought I'd ask.

Hmm...now what should we decipher from that? Far away from release? So close it's not worth showing? Lol.

I'd go with so close not worth it. Seems the new stretch got that treatment also.

Hard to say, in all honesty. There are probably quirks of what happens to be assembled and available at the moment they leave that plays into what they bring. They brought the EDC moonglow Manix XL, which came out shortly thereafter, but that's a Golden model, so I'm not sure you can read that much into it. This one being from Taiwan they can't just pop over to the next room and have one put together to bring. Also there were 80 knives there so I would think at some point they have to stop putting things in the box.

I will also be interested to see what this one looks like "in the flesh." I maintain my suspicion that the picture is just photoshopped to have a black blade, and still wonder if they plan to black out the liners/backspacer.

I sure hope they black out liners/backspacer, it would be a real shame if they didn't.
