Couldn't agree more. Examples of that would be the Forum Adventura and Lava. The reasons for that are both lead time and the minimum "batch" quantity their makers overseas require. If they pick a Golden made knife then both of those considerations are reduced to some extent. A special color on an FRN handled knife, or a color of G-10 they already use on other Golden models on an existing G-10 knife become more feasible. Examples might be a tan FRN, or digi-camo G-10, UKPK or Manix II.
