Still hoping Spyderco changes their minds and puts an initial two piece limit on these so that everyone can get one (or two). Gonna be a lot of disappointed forum users when I use the discount code and put in my order for 200 of these to resell down the road (kidding!) :D But the limit would help to minimize the potential "mark up and resell" problem.

Up to now no Forum knife has ever sold 200 units total. The two which sold best have not experienced any surge in value, at least none that I'm aware of. So, anyone trying to "corner the market" for them might be sorely disappointed.

Not to mention that Spyderco's response to the initial batch selling out in a day might simply be to crank out another batch. Just think, we could once again be treated to the sweet sound of speculators sobbing like little girls. :D

On a more serious note. IMHO, if speculators take an interest in a limited edition, the only thing a 2 piece limit really accomplishes is to force them to hunt up a few "friends and family" to buy 2 each for them.
