Joyce, Thanks for the opportunity. My resolution for the new year is the same as every day, to continue on a daily progression to grow closer to God and follow his lead.

Hi Joyce - contest time again?? My first priority lays with Gaby and the dogs. Then, I will do my best to hold the grounds for Spyderco during 2005 and stop smoking for the 2nd time!

Count me in- and thank you very much!
We'll be in touch.

My New Years resolution is a rather common one and that is to go to the gym and get in a shape other than pear shape!

Thank you for the contest and a Happy New Year to the entire Spyderco family.

Happy New Year Joyce:
I really hate New Years resolutions, they seem to have a very high failure rate, but a chance for a brand new SE P. Millie!!! I cannot resist. I resolve to buy no more Benchmades in 2005. That should make you guys happy and get me into the contest. God bless.

my new years resolutions?
let me see
1. to give a good home to all the now discontinued spydercos that are currently living in knife shops near me

2. to not cut myself (again)

3. to get fitter and put some muscle on

4. to be more caring, loving and romantic towards my girlfriend (this probably should be #1)

5. to get better at sharpening my blades (they are pretty sharp now but i know i can get them sharper)

thanks to everyone at spyderco for the competition - hope you had a good christmas and have a happy new year

I just have two goals for 2005:

1) Stop smoking (so that I have more $$ to spend on knives :) )

2) I am going to start to study and my goal is that I pass every single
exam at the first time to get finished as soon as possible.

Thank's for the contest!

Cheers, Rob

After quitting smoking in '03, I really packed on the pounds. My goal is to get my weight under control, eat healthier, and start paying attention to physical fitness.

Thanks for the great contest! Happy New Year.

Hi Joyce, thanks for the fun :)
There are several things I'd like to achieve this year to come.
First, I very much want to continue to take care of my familly, so they won't miss anything (at least, nothing essential, like food, shelter and minimal comfort).
Second, I wish all of my friends have a better year. Health and peace are the first things that come into my mind. Also, some of them are involved into knife projects ;) and I really hope they'll get the attention they deserve. Good luck to you all. :)
Speaking for my selfish part, I wish I'll be able to get myself that grinder I'm dreaming of, and start making my very own stuff. :D Also I hope I'll have a more normal schedule so I can spend more time with my familly, read the Bible more often and do the workout on a regular base. Oh, and a faster computer would be great, but maybe some other time :(

God bless you all and may the winner enjoy that fine knife.
