It has little "mini" liners that reinforce the pivot and lockbar pin, but they don't extend down the handle past that. I haven't disassembled mine yet, but this video shows the design:
I've been super happy with mine so far! The scales are thick enough that they have very little flex, and it feels just about as solid as a G-10 Native.

Thanks for the info. I’ve been hovering over this one.
Sunday - Runday - Funday =-]
Woooo-Hooooo, and what an absolutely beautiful day it is today too!
Normal run knife. My well worn LC200N PacSalt (this knife has thousands upon thousands upon... miles on it)
that's not burr up toward the tip, lol. it is some kind of plant matter.
and now that I'm home & errands between run & home are done and stowed
the Spy27 Police 4 Lightweight is back in my pocket
Showing these two knives reminds me of the old Reeses Peanut Butter Cups comercial "Hey you got your peanut butter in my chocolate. No YOU got your chocolate in my peanut butter!"
Vwaaalaah!
A Salty LW Police 4 =-]
AND I found, and harvested a goodly amount of Bears Tooth and Lions Mane mushrooms too!
I hope everyone else's day is going as superbly as mine is, and mine is 10 out of 10 outstanding!
