Actually I wouldn't abuse any knife like that, but it does feel like it could
do it,.... you know if you were stranded and didn't have a pry bar close.

I do understand testing the limits of a knife. I still have an old trusty Coldsteel Recon 1 (first generation) that I have nearly worn out. It has pry'd open wooden crates and diassembled wooden pallets with no permanent damage to pivot, blade, or liners. It was before they ruined them with change after change after change. I loved it so much I still have a backup NIB just in case I ever need a new one.

Made my beautiful wife (and mother of my child) her favorite dinner snack and I get to play with sharp things.

Hope all the mothers had a great day.

Today, I used my Caly3 CF to carry in my waistband while riding my motorcycle for "varmit" protection (though here varmits carry machetes). I used a G10 Manbug to cut apples and open the mail.
Then the Spydercos used me! I was forced into ordering a Dragonfly G10. I couldn't help it.

Took my Tuff with me today. Work was hectic. So could not do anything with the knife. Darn shame. Happy though that it was on duty ;)

Had a watermelon that needed cutting, so I decided to pit my Schempp Rock against it. The blade is a little bit thick for the job, but obviously rock beats melon every time.

Thanks Doc. If you don't have a Mule yet, you should get one. If for no reason other than having a small kitchen utility blade. The Halpern's are cheep handle slabs too. Check out the mule thread if you haven't already.
