Dutch guy's attempt at a Philly cheese steak sandwich. So good!

And todays carry the Kapara.

How's that hot sauce?

This is one of my favorites.
I had the Cholula recently, very tasty on chilli! The queen majesty is medium heath, strong paprika and pepper tase and the coffee gives it an earthy tone. Top 3 for sure.

My current line up. Dirty dick is top 3 aswell. And today's carry to stay on topic 😜

Can confirm! Saw this post about an hour before leaving for the store. Mentioned it to my wife and she said to pick it up. Nice combination of sweet with the hot at the end "the extra zingy that lasts a few minutes" as my wife said hahah. Thanks for posting that, I probably never would have seen it, and I love me some habanero!

Serrated K390 LeafJumper. I have around 30 Spyderco’s, enough to get a really good gauge on what I like and prefer. I’m a huge Manix fan….but I’ve gotta say, this one is becoming my favorite, I think it’s one of Sal’s best designs and one of the best models they’ve ever brought to market!

Forgot a knife when I left this morning, so the trusty Astute that lives in my car for that exact reason came with me today.

This tiny patch of Chicken of the Woods was in the middle of a trail, somehow untouched. Perfect photo op.

that's a real great knife, especially for that purpose, since it's so inexpensive. often overlooked, but a very good design.

i still need to grab a leafjumper. i wonder if we'll ever see these join the salt series. how about a waved version in a salt steel called the wavejumper?

Much agreed. It's a great budget option but still such a cool design. I'm not upset when I have to carry it. :cheap-sunglasses

That’s some good looking stuff right there 👏
Thank you, although I can’t take any credit for that happening of course!

Just a few more weeks before it's time to do some trail maintenance and start getting serious about trail running again.

I had to get a rental recently while my fun car is getting a replacement turbo. Didn't realize just how much stuff I had in the trunk lol. Skateboards, swimming goggles, two disc golf bags, running shoes....it's like a sporting goods store back there.
May you find peace in this life and the next.
