Bring me back!

I would actually prefer a darker color G10. Don't really like how the Orange looks when dirty.. But I'll buy one no matter what color :D

I'm an admirer of Spyderco's designs. Using them is like immersing yourself in music or studying a painting in a museum. I buy some "fine" art but my preference is for usable art.

The Blue Sprint Manix 2 has given some clue about the potential price of a potential Dodo Sprint.

Figure this:

Blue Manix:

Produced in Golden
Blue G10
Ball Lock
S30V

Similar characteristics to the Dodo for a price of $127.95.

Maybe some savings on the hollow Dodo grind and the smaller size puts the price closer to $120? That would be pretty awesome! :D

I don't have eight anymore. :(

Now I only have four. :D

My collection took me two years to build up. I actually only purchased one Dodo (Blue PE) before it was discontinued. I even watched them being sold at the Sierra Club for $55 without buying any. Then I saw a sale ad over at Bladeforums for a SE model and picked it up on impulse. Using that SE rekindled my love for the model and I picked up the next six whenever I saw them for sale at a decent price. Managed to get them all for less than the original street price, no small feat considering they were selling on eBay for significantly more.

My collection at it's height. Notice the lack of black models, just too hard to find them regularly at a reasonable price.

I even think the lack of liners will knock the price down even more...Think ukpk price maybe..? :)

Liners (or lack there of) and hollow grind and smaller size might help knock it down as well ;)

That would be so great it it was retailed around $110 or so !!!

If they make an Orange Sprint run, I bet they could make a few xtras in Black.
Maybe a double Sprint run, Orange S30v & Black in S90v? :D
Oh, and add a Caged ball lock. Thanks!
