I think I'd like to get a LEP eventually just for fun. I have my bases covered for whatever else right now.
Exactly the same for me. I've been looking at them more closely recently.

What are you liking as a throwy light, and how many meters?

Always liked a nice bead blast finish. Really nice light, just wish they didnt go so nuts with all the words/letters.

My two newest. The Manker is pretty nice, very well made. Mode spacing could be better though between low-med-high.

Olight Baton 4 "Fighter Pilot" showed up yesterday. Indeed is a fantastic little light!! Olight had a sale and I got it, shipping included for $44.
Definitely a small light, smaller than the TS10, which I thought was really small. The Baton 4 does not disappoint though. Great output from such a small package. I love the moonlight mode, magnetic tailcap, battery life indicator. I also like the colorway on this one, though its a bit loud on the pocket clip. Would rather that be black. Other than that, I'm impressed so far! Thanks for your feedback on this one the other day fellas.

Nice! That is a cool configuration. And congrats on finding an excellent deal! I had my eyes on one with the battery case for awhile before pulling the trigger. Waited until I found a deal I couldn't resist.

That’s a great price! It is a great little light. The moonlight mode is my favorite for sure. I use it all the time
It’s with me today

Anyone used the Olight Warrior? Seems like a nice thrower.

New from Fenix. They say it’s a very large area floodlight with max of 4600lumens.

Sorry, no experience with the Olight mentioned. I only have that Baton 4 I just got, and the Baton Turbo (awesome small thrower)
Fenix has been coming out with a few new offerings for all niches over the past year. I've got 5 of their lights right now and they never disappoint. Like our Spyderco knives, these lights will last forever.

I had to use my PD36R Pro to find and chase a raccoon in my trash can. I like the ease of use of the Fenix lights for situations like that.

Funny you say that. Just this past weekend one of our cats caught a mouse in our basement and decided to bring it upstairs to our bedroom. We were downstairs watching tv, but my 14 year old daughter was in her room and heard it squeaking and the cat rustling around. The cat was just batting it around and playing, not even trying to kill it!
So I went up there and we shut the door to try and get it. Cat not helping AT ALL, so I told my daughter to go into my "gym/knife/flashlight" room and grab a flash light to try and help find it under the bed. She grabbed my PD25R out of 14 options. She was able to locate it. She says "I'm going to hit him with the strobe, maybe he'll freeze"

(she's taken an interest to my growing flashlight collection and understands how to use the Fenix lights since most of the ones I have, have the same UI)
It didn't work, we eventually cornered it behind our dress and got it, the flashlight certainly helped though as our room has pretty dim lighting.

Funny because my 4 year old is convinced that using strobe will stop any bad guy in the house

Very nice! Just looked that one up. Nice beam profile and 530 meters of throw!

My current lineup, fairly well rounded for these size ranges in terms of throw, flood, tint, and UI's. It's been a fun hobby to dabble into over the past year and half or so.

you gotta try a full sized flat light Rick, if you haven't. For me it was like going from a Buck 110 to a Pacific Salt. Much more comfortable to carry with similar performance to a pd36r.
