think it’s about time to start a vegetable/garden thread cuz this one could get off-topic real quick

I was over by Going Gear today. Nice people. Great selection and maybe the largest selection of Spydies in Georgia. Just a bit too far for regular visits, but they had a lot of cool things to hold. I picked up a Leaf Jumper. Since I was a big proponent on its original thread I figured I should put my money where my mouth is. First SE! Went straight to yardwork.

Garage duty today.
By some coincidence, after selecting a knife, watch and a pair of shoes that were up to the tasks ahead, they all happened to follow a similar color theme.

Quick cucumber shot before heading to our neighbors son's grad party! Time to show these kids how the old guys will run the cornhole boards

Today I am doing garden work - building a deer-proof fence, cutting back vines, etc. So...it's the SE Caribbean - possibly my most useful knife. When I do food prep later today for grilling, I will try out the new Millie 2 - I suspect it is a tremendous eggplant slicer.

Yeah I love that place. Great selection of a lot of brands packed into a tight place.

Seriously! Well I knew the handle was my favorite of the Seki models due to my heavily used RJ. Basically the same handle as the Polestar that I freaking love. I have been studying up on serrations from the forum and was just trying to pick a model.
I just got it this morning, but I have already broken down a lot of cardboard. Speaking of, this is like the easy button on cardboard. Used it in the yard to cut down a bunch of saplings. Then I took it to the SM using Vivi's video that Evil D's thread highlights. I don't see sharpening to be a problem at all. Time will tell, but I like it a lot. I do scrape with my edges, so I don't see PE going anywhere in my future.

The magnative is just a few days old, but Jeremy/Hillary/Boob has been around the block a time or two.
So little time, so much to know!
