One of these was taken apart today, and the blade is marked October 2023. Quite odd. Maybe an earlier ordering Dealer backed-out of this purchase, and it took some time for Spyderco to get another Dealer (St. Nick's) to pick it up?
That would explain the departure from red and 4v. I wonder if all of them are from 2023 or some.

It doesnt let me post pictures but Cutlery Shoppe is releasing a PM2 Wharncliffe Exclusive in Rex121 and orange G10 on 1/5 at 10am Mountain Time.

It's sad to see these threads go away. I know for a fact that they have lead me to buy many more Spydercos than I would have otherwise. I would make the modest suggestion that Spyderco sponsor something similar by someone in an official capacity with the company (on the payroll) in charge of it. A locked sticky with only pertinent info posted would be ideal.

I think a large part of the appeal for this thread is the original post that is regularly maintained and updated to reflect the current delivered or upcoming status of
everything. It was all consolidated into one convenient place for easy reference. That takes a dedicated effort and we were fortunate that Ramzar and Buddafucco have been so generous with these threads for so long.
The collaborative 2026 thread is a good idea. It will just come with the trade off of needing to browse a little bit for the most current info but I do think it is worth having to keep the tradition going in some capacity, at least.
