Thanks guys! The bronze hardware was a last minute decision, but really brought it together. Never was a fan of brown G10, and I'm stocked that liner delete options are finally happening for multiple models.

These liner delete AWT scales are amazing. I think they made the knife even lighter.
Look at that chamfering. How does it feel?

Impressive. It definitely gives it a melted into your hand feel. There is also a very subtle texture that is very nice without being aggressive at all. The BHQ version was a real cheese grater.

we were in a small pioneer village today and they had lots of recovered tools from throughout the history of florida. whenever i see a collection of beat up old knives like this, i wonder if someone will ever be looking at my knife in a display case in a hundred years and thinking about its history. just me...?

That’s definitely a cool thought; and no not just you. It’s amazing how we live our lives in the here and now; but in 100 or even 50 years we will be rather inconsequential and insignificant.

A) I think about those things as well.
B) I love those Manix scales so much!
C) Great photos. You've got a keen eye for perspective.

Was outside today just wandering around the yard/bush. I had a flashback to my younger days, when I would carve these certain kind of plants into arrows or little darts for throwing into the ground. So I re-lived my youth; a long 12 years ago lol.
