Do you rebuild engines? You must be a mechanic of some sort. I always like your pictures in the shop!

Wintry mix today so I opted to work from home. Which means I can carry stuff I otherwise wouldn’t.

Still undecided about this guy. I love everything about it save for the texture of the scales when it goes into and out of my pocket.

Getting this knife made me realize how my collection was lacking by not having a PM2. It truly is a gorgeous knife. I hope we see varions of the aluminum scales.

Nice! All makes and models or do you specialize?

Edit: looks like some kind of v6 in the background?

I've said it before, and while the PM2 is not my favorite knife, it is one of the most refined and darn near perfect designs in the knife world...

PM2 fatigue is real but there is a reason it keeps saturating the market.
So it goes.

It was last December (I think) that BladeHQ did a run of exclusive (as far as I know) PM2s that have solid aluminum scales and BD1N blades. They did a wide variety of colors, but green resonated the most with me. The milling pattern feels great in hand, but I cringe at the noise it makes going into and out of my pants. It makes a very pleasing sound when opening too. These are some of the best looking PM2s out there.

Nice. I love Hondas. I’m dying to get my hands on a k20z3, sick motor design.

Hot darn, that is a stunner.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.
