Processed 25 pounds of peaches to toss in the freezer until the peppers are ready. Then it's hot sauce time

Getting ready for a paint job. Using my N5 Salt to cut plastic masking. Works great for trimming the plastic around the windows.

Me and my Native 5 salt cut a whole lot of plastic to mask widows for a painting job. It lost that hair whittling sharpness, but still cleanly cut paper. (once I cleaned the tape glue off the edge, lol) It took me 2 days to mask everything and 3 days of spraying and painting the trim with a 4" roller.

Slicing up a couple boxes of peaches to freeze was my task as well (this is before, forgot to take an after)

trimming the bamboo. S110V is tougher than some give it credit for. Geometry and hardness matter a lot. I ripped the tips off a serrated native 5 in magnaut cutting into this same bamboo and rolled or chipped large portions of the edge on that magnacut. But it isn't because magnacut is not up to the task, it is just that the edge on the serrated knives is thinner (high performance) and the teeth snagged in the bamboo fibers. 17 dps angle on s110v in plain edge with a deburred and polished edge cleared a couple tarps of bamboo and still sliced receipt paper no problem afterwards.

In my personal experience, S110V can vary wildly from knife to knife. My 2018-era UKPK is very forgiving whereas my 2022/2023 era Native 5 is noticeably more brittle. I love both for what they are, but in some ways they behave almost like two different steels.
Regardless...
Used my UKPK to cut an access hole for a switch in an armrest I re-upholstered and to widen a hole for a cable pass-through. Used my Native to open numerous parts packages.
