Well after this news yesterday I've been bummed out and listening to their entire discography on shuffle. It's not often that I'm genuinely sad about stuff like this but they'll never be the same without Brent. They won't necessarily suck, but definitely never the same.

It sucks.......
Yeah they're one of my absolute favorites, have been since the very beginning. At least they have a real good extensive discography. I just saw them last year and it was such a good show, and I've always heard they're hit and miss life and particularly Brent has a hard time with his vocals live but for the set they played it was fine. When they got around to March of The Fireants it was so awesome.

It's crazy that with all of the bands around, they have this unique sound. I started out with Pantera, Slayer, Machine head and some NY Hardcore, but these guys really stand out!

Man I can't think of another band that has somehow changed their sound so much over the years, has gone from way heavier to less heavy, yet still sounds like the same band and has managed to keep my attention the whole time. I used to kinda be less into some of their albums but the best thing I ever did was make a big playlist of all their music and just put it on shuffle, and then you really hear how they manage to keep their sound. I just can't imagine them without Brent's vocals.
I mean right now I'm listening to Cold Dark Place and that was 100% a Brent album and it's so different from all their others but still so good.
I saw in a recent video Brann has a black eye, I hope it's not related to Brent leaving. Feels like my parents are getting divorced

introduced my kid to graham hancock tonight. Just watched an hours worth of different videos of him. been showing her stuff on evolution, physics, atoms, antikythera mechanism, ancient civilizations, ancient megalith sites etc. instead of **** like Bluey and funny cat videos. they test her patience at times but she's slowly getting more and more interested in these things....
