Man, I wouldn't doubt it, Nick. Josh Allen is becoming a real superstar. His stats today are just phenomenal in game like this.

Well, the Eagles are just bad arse. They handled business on both sides of the ball.

Re: NFL 2022-2023 Season
The situation in Green Bay is not good.
& after watching a little interview with Aaron Rodgers, I gotta agree with the bad man.
Seems to me like Matt Lafleur better listen to his QB. What Rodgers was talkin about made perfect sense. Just let Rodgers run with that West Coast offense and forget all those freakin plays with motion all the time. If I were Rodgers I'd be sayin the same thing. Go with what comes natural, what feels good, what you know thru and thru. Football ain't rocket science.
Don't get me wrong gang. This just pertains to Aaron Rodgers. A player like him, if he's comfy and gets in a rhythm, he's gonna beat ya. Why complicate the heck outta things.

Yeah I’ve been surprised at how bad they’ve been playing in comparison to the past. I’d expect them to adjust accordingly though and at least get back to being able to beat the Jets…
I’m shocked that the Vikings and Giants are both 5-1! I guess it lends to prove that the right head coach can make all the difference.

Yeah Nick. Man, I've been thinking the same thing. Especially since Tennessee defeated Alabama Saturday night. It really amazing what the right coach can do for a team.Mushroom wrote: ↑Mon Oct 17, 2022 9:01 amYeah I’ve been surprised at how bad they’ve been playing in comparison to the past. Good game tonight gang. Knotted up at 16 with 3:58 remaining.....
Re: NFL 2022-2023 Season
The league must have had much higher expectations for Russell Wilson when they made the schedule this year because the Broncos have already had wayyyy tooo many prime time games this season and somehow they’re scheduled to play Sunday Night Football against the Jags this week!
I’ve seen enough of that dumpster-fire team!
Re: NFL 2022-2023 Season
I really can't believe how bad that offense is. Talent galore and they just can't score.
I don't want to hear about the action of your knife - Rick

Well, are we reacting too soon?
Is this really enough games for Wilson to get in sync with his new team and offense?
Should we just let Russ cook and be quiet?

Russ gonna burn the dam kitchen down

Re: NFL 2022-2023 Season
LOL well don’t feel bad because I definitely thought they’d be better than this as well! But man do they STINK right now!
I thought the same about the Raiders as well… I thought they’d at least be competitive but they might be worse than the Broncos right now!

To be fair, it actually might be too early but they’ve been struggling this year. I think Russ could still play at a very high level but coaching needs to improve a lot. After seeing how well the Vikings and Giants are playing with a new head coach, it looks to me like the Broncos new head coach might be the problem. Hackett can’t hack it!MacLaren wrote: Well, are we reacting too soon?

Re: NFL 2022-2023 Season
Yeah, in all seriousness, I agree Nick.
Honestly, I think it's just a simple combination of age, new team & coach. Basically what your saying as well.
I love Russell Wilson man. He's one great guy.
At least, I think he is. He did a lot for the Children's Hospital in Seattle.
( it's just too fun to break bad every once in a while, no matter the player, team or coach

Re: NFL 2022-2023 Season
Everytime I hear the Legion of Boom, I can't help but feel sorry for those guys. They should've been x2 Super Bowl Champs!
That was one helluva team back then.
They had Brady & Belichick beat. Then Pete makes the bone head decision of both decades combined lol......& the rest is history
But, to your point, it sure does seem so.

Who ready for this Prime NFL Thursday?
I'll probably- actually more than likely be watching the ALCS tonight.
