Satin is now sold out.

I had a chance but ended up carrying the DLC all day and found it suited me just fine. :)

Anyone get tracking yet? Just curious

I didn't get an email with shipping/tracking but when I log into their site, the tracking is there.

Same here. It took 2 days until i got the notification. I selected free 1st class shipping for the two knives. Guess they bumped it up UPS 2 Day air for free. It will be here Monday! If it came after xmas, no rush and I wouldn't have mind. Hope everyone can get it before the holiday to enjoy.

I finally got tracking email. It's coming from Virginia.. that's new to me for BHQ

Eta Monday and it showed up today! 5 minutes of play and now sitting in a drawer. Need a new hobby other than knives. Or find stuff to cut or destroy. :cool:

Either bladehq uses a bunch of priority bags for packing or nothing. lol this box is massive for a Spyderco box. Told bhq and they made it right but wow

My two came in a smaller box filled with the packing peanuts. Your's looks like Amazon did the packing!

I swore I wouldn’t buy another S30V knife but... I had to have one of these in satin. Plus, I want to show my support for more tanto blade options. I’ve long been a fan of tantos and hope to see Spyderco make them in other steels, especially tool steels.

If Spyderco makes this knife with a Cruwear blade... geez, that might possibly be my perfect knife.

I'm sure this has been asked before but does anyone know if there is a tanto Military in the works?

I’d like to see a tanto Millie! Can’t say for sure if I’d buy it, but I’d like to see it. Cruwear would be awesome. S30v would not.

Satin is still in stock. Way more impressive in person.

Tanto Millie would be cool but instead of a swedge I wish it was more like the Lum Tanto shape. That thing is sick looking

The grind and shaping of this blade is awesome.
I love blacked out knives but it doesn't show off the blade as much as the Saturn, which really shows off such a lovely blade.
Its going to be a very hard choice.
Who ever designed the grind needs a Christmas bonus, well done.

Appears to be a dealer (BHQ) exclusive at this point, probably to limit costs where appeal isn't guaranteed.

Subsequent batches might be normal production.

Sorry to necro-post an old thread, but does anyone know if Spyderco / BladeHQ has any intention of releasing any more PM2 Tantos?

I was able to acquire a DLC M4 Tanto but would like to grab one of the satin S30V Tantos without paying scalper prices.

Just saw a twitter post from BHQ stating they are coming back SOON!

That's awesome, I'd like to pick up a DLC version with (I assume) DLC liners.
