Much appreciated Sal. I have no idea if this little project is worth your time, but happy to show you. And it's fun to talk knives. Next time I'm over I will ask to speak with Peter. I'm in Castle Rock all week for work but I'll see if I can head up there the week after.

FWIW I asked my teenage son (who is a huge Spyderco nut, has several of his own) about this thread's question, and he said that it might be possible to consolidate models with different handle colors (like the Tasman Salt 2, Pacific Salt 2, and Atlantic Salt) and is a huge fan of the button lock on the new Sage. The Sage 6 will probably his next and he'd like to see the button on other models.

Here's one. I would get rid of all zome variations to make room for pure white FRN that I can dye to any color I wanted.
