Kiwi 511 is my steak knife. They're $18 o.b.o for a 12 pack. Hard to go wrong with 12 competent knives for less than $20.

Man that serrated Z-Cut looks like it could do some damage in the kitchen or at the dining room table!!!

Yes and yes. My pac salt 2 and Siren also work well.
