Had the SPY27 Mule in the cart,
unfortunately, due to credit card company ("seemed like a suspicious transaction") could not check out.
Of course MT28 was sold out until my credit card was cleared again.

So, hoping to get one of these and a leather sheath.

I have a lot of students from outside the USA who have similar problems when I try to run their cards.

You can usually call your bank in advance and pre-clear the charge by telling them the merchant name and location, so that it works smoothly the first time.

This poll is a good idea.

You'd think it could be used to estimate demand. Let's say that 'MondoCut' gets 200 poll-intent-to-buy votes here, and Spyderco discovers they can actually sell 600 MondoCut mules the day they're offered.

If a less popular steel, say, 'WeenieCut,' gets 50 poll-intent-to-buy votes, and Spyderco discovers they actually get 150 orders for WeenieCut, then some rough approximation can be established. In this example, if the ratio remained consistent, then poll-intent-to-buy votes might represent around a third of the actual day-offered demand.

That poll-to-sale ratioshould be useful to Spyderco, no?

Right now I'm dealing with Magnacut.

We're already raising quantities on future runs where we can. I don't think we want to try to do a poll for each steel.
