I was waiting until I broke the tip on one so I could make it myself but it never happened. Seems like it would also make it an even better utility knife.

Make production version, lightweight tad smaller in grip wire clip. Digi camo and black blade.

Harkens back to my impressions of the original design with the much more drastic blade-to-handle ratio and I actually visually prefer it to the current "2" iteration . Tried to check out the 5x5 website and had only stumbled upon a blank page for their shop . Not sure the window of availability for this platform, but if Mike, or anyone can chime in as to the future availability of these (when I'll have funds available :o), I would appreciate it.

I second this suggestion! I’ve always wanted a lighter weight version.

I appreciate the link, Mushroom! However, there must be a discrepancy with my browser when viewing the 5x5 website :o.. I'm directed to a warranty/returns info page when I try to enter the shop. Literally cannot view anything beyond this point outside of their contact/main pages . Perhaps I'll have to try from a different device

I'm glad you had positive results and I thank you for sharing, elde! Went ahead and tried this on my phone and I can only access one additional page, being the descriptive list of customs modified by Janich (Delica, Yo2 and Endura). No additional option to actually add to cart, or check out . Maybe it's just my luck, or maybe it's to let me know I need to gather some funds before sinking too deeply into waters I can't paddle through at the moment :p
