The blade in the BenShot Lil Native Rocks Glass is made of LC200N. I wonder if thats a hint towards something we might see in the future? :D  :spyder: (Lil Native Salt in LC200N?)

The pictured blade is BD1N, so that's possibly in production in addition to a salt Lil'Native.

How fascinating, and well worth the wait. I especially like the Watu, and the new and proprietary steels are exciting! This forum's gonna be buzzing for months lol

Thats interesting, I hadn't even zoomed in to see what was used in the picture. The description in the catalog says its LC200N though.

It makes me wonder if the picture is of a prototype or if the description in the catalog is incorrect? :spyder:

Now that's an interesting plot twist! :D I'm thinking BD1N means the lightweight version, in keeping with the BD1N/FRN tradition of the Manix 2 LW and the Para 3 LW?

So technically, there's 3 lil' Natives revealed today. ;)

Maybe they were waiting for the ability to do the liners as well? I dunno, that’s a long wait but it looks like it’s going to be worth it. The yojimbo is still in my top 3. I hope they never do a version 3 or discontinue it.

This is the most recent photo of my frankenJimbo.

Excellent stuff here, very impressive! As early as this morning I was sure I didn't need another knife...

I found it interesting that the Rex 45 Manix 2 G10 and Manix 2 LW sprints appear to have different blades. From seeing all the blade swaps that have been performed between G10 and LW models (e.g. Maxamet blade into G10 handle, Cruwear blade into LW handle), I always assumed that the blade design between the two were the same. Sure enough though, looking at the product guide, there is also a difference in the specified overall and edge length between the S110V G10 and LW models. I guess not enough difference to matter when it comes to swapping blades, but not identical.

Definitely going to try for a Manix or Shaman in Rex 45.

That was my first thought as well regarding the lightweight

Do you think the Rex 45 Sprints will be larger runs than normal? Just wondering because of the Crucarta Shaman Sprint that sold out so fast.

Advanced apologies for off topic....
I was never able to get the swap to work out with my Maxamet manix blade into a g10 handle. Lockup was never right. I have also seen one other person do the same swap with the same results. So I don’t think it truly is a 100% safe swap. My personal belief is that the backspacers are different between the two, so the tang cutout for the cbbl is slightly different.

20cv from Taichung instead of S30v? Is this going to be the new standard? :)

Great reveal... Looking forward to the new steels and some more REX45.

Also, I've never been this excited about glassware :spyder:

It's interesting that they have a K390 Ladybug in regular production. I wonder if they plan on trickling out K390 versions of the Seki knives as regular versions instead of sprints.

The handle pattern on the S45VN knives looks interesting!

I feel almost obligated to buy one since I pushed for it so hard. It wasn't until after I started modding the shape of my first Yo 2 that I realized I couldn't do that with DLC and I lost interest in a DLC version.
