They may have been available on KC when you posted earlier but it says pre-order now. I looked around a few dealer sites a couple days ago and I swear I saw them available on BHQ.

Hopefully once people start getting the CQI'd versions they can post pics comparing the old version and a pic of the CQI'd box date code

Just got my new FRN Chap - date code is GS meaning 7/2019 as far as I can tell.

Made a road trip with my oldest son (inheritor of the knife-nut gene) to Knivesshipfree today. Checked out the Chaparral LW they had in and the clip placement looked a bit different when compared to a Chaparral Raffir they had.

Sadly I could not leave with one, per the wife. Currently getting the oldest ready to go to college & I'm car shopping.

Knives ship free just got some back in stock. Mine should be here tomorrow
