Yojimbo2. Didn't like the look, nor the locking mechanism. Bought one anyway. Became my 'around the house' carry.
They recently came out with the black-blade, brown-scale version. I had no choice but to buy. It's my 'going out' carry.
I'm never without a Yojimbo! :^>

The Spydiechef, I only bought it to try out LC200N, I'd been suggesting LC200N for just about every new knife before even trying the steel out....initially I was just going to get the mule, but when I added scales, sheath and shipping it was quite a bit more expensive than the SC I got.
The SC's design had a certain visual appeal but I didn't expect to enjoy it nearly as much as I do, just assuming the Chef design was going to limit it's use but it has turned out to be a great all-round EDC and I can now wholeheartedly stand behind my requests for more LC200N, it appears to be a really well balanced rustproof steel.

- At first, any Spyderco knives I saw had a "wonkiness" I just didn't get -- so it was awhile before I dipped my toe
I wasn't sure about the PM2 until I got one for my son -- and the in-hand feel was great
I didn't think I would like the Native 5, but I thought it would be perfect for my daughter. Now my wife has one and I'm not too far off...

The Poliwog changed my view of knives in general. I thought it was butt ugly when I first saw it in A.G. Russell. Years later, I was scouring shows for them. It's a great knife.

Techno. Thought I'd prefer my Sage 2, but that little bastard grew on me in minutes and is now one of my most carried knives...
Gave away my Sage 2 shortly after....
