I have found this thread to be by far the most accurate source of info on the sometimes confusing array of amazing UKPK models and variations. The photos are beautiful.

This thread prompted me to pull out all my frn from the Caly/UKPK family. Reminds me that I'm still patiently waiting for a non-black FFG UKPK (most likely the dark blue/s110v) to add to the group. Certainly wouldn't mind another g10 variant either, since I missed the boat on all of the previous g10 runs.

Great post! So where the heck is the new 110v verison? My money is burning a hole in my wallet for that one! :)

Probably my biggest regret on the last factory seconds sale was not picking up a perfect (to my eyes) Ti UKPK for something ridiculous like $60...that was pretty dumb.

Any word when the 110V UKPK is due?
On my radar: 110V Military, Police 4 and some sweet Rex 45 Military action.

Bento box shop has it listed along with the k390 urban slated for release this month. Hopefully that's true!

K390 Urban?!

The Urban is about the size of a Dragonfly?

Thanks for the picture.

Looks like the scales are not pinned on the UKPK?

Not at all! This thread tipping me to the existence of a K390 Urban is worth 1,000 pictures! :D

I think that picture above with the Dragonfly and Urban is misleading the way the photo was taken, and makes them look very similar in size. The blade on the Urban is significantly bigger than the Dfly.

I don't know about the Urban being significantly bigger but it's definitely a little bigger than the Dragonfly. The length of the blade on the Urban is listed as 2.61" and the Dragonfly is 2.25"

I love the UKPK. For a year or so, the Foliage Green G-10 UKPK Drop Point was what I carried to the gym because of the very minimal liners. It is so light that it carries easy.

Thanks for bringing back this thread. My UKPK collection has changed quite a bit since I started this. I've managed to secure three orange g10 S30V versions, an original collectors club black version and a factory second CF. also the forum knife versions of the Pingo and Urban. Oh and the sprint slipits as well. :D

I actually gave away my frn ukpk to a buddy (non knife person) over a year ago and have been meaning to replace it. Well this thread pushed me over the edge so I got a new one yesterday. Now I mm just waiting for the FRN K390 Urban and S110V UKPK to be released. Soon I think.

Anyway, pics or it didn't happen right?

Looking at those pictures reminds me again what a shame it is that the UKPK doesn't have a lanyard hole.

So does the Urban and Ukpk have pinned scales?

Could I have custom Ketchen scales made for them?

Thanks.

Lame.

Oh well I suppose the grey on the K390 Urban sprint isn't to bad.

Another question while I have you here.

The UKPK is Delica sized? Lost my HAP Delica at work and would like something about the same size but with9the back lock.

Steve can not mod the newer UKPK or Urban models due to the way the springs are installed. He can however mod one of the older G10 UKPKs (if you can find one!) such as this Koa wood one he did for me with red G10 liners. :) Cheers, Radioactive :)
