what's funny is once cs sells out of an item another larger brick and motar type store will then sell that same item for more. it's called supply and demand.

Honestly, I don't know how Jeff does it (for so many people)... but he does. His service is exemplary.

I have been dying to try out Cutlery Shoppe after hearing great things about them on this forum. But their prices and service might be "too" good since all the knives I want are out of stock there. Haha. Looks like they're are doing something right.

This is exactly my experience and why I shop at CS. His profit margins going up 2% on Spyderco products is nothing, just compare the new price to almost any other online store out there and you still get a fantastic deal.

If you feel it is too much to pay, you can choose to use the free shipping code and get that money back and then some.

I for one will happily pay a little more for this guy to stay in business, because I believe in rewarding people with a business ethic like this. Same reason I have for buying Spyderco products in the first place.
