Does anyone else hope that the Elmax Mule would use the Woodcrafters Mule shape. That one just appeals to me so much more. I talked to Woodcrafters and they said they didn't have any plans to do other steels, but maybe we could convince someone to do it.
Willing to lead the charge and help manage a pre-order list if anyone thinks it's possible, although Sal did mention that there was enough steel to do a Mule and a run of another knife, so I'm doubtful that we would be able to convince them to change their minds in how they allocated the steel.

Given the fact that Woodcraft is discounting the Spyderco "Donkey", I doubt they are eager to jump into another production run right now. I may be off-base here, but the discounting tells me that they aren't selling as quickly as Woodcraft originally anticipated.
