The new sage looks great!

But I was a little bummed that the framelock teaser was not the long awaited leaf storm.

Great pics Paul

- Great blade shape
- One of my favourite locks
- Old school handle shape, a tad longer than on the Delica4. I guess it would fit perfectly.
- Wire clip
- Titanium handle
- Blade perfectly centered
- NKP firendly

Since Sal gave me that CPMD2 Millie in SE I'm a bit embrassed to ask but:

Puhleez Sal, make the knife in full SE as well(just this one please :o ;) )

This would make a dream come through for me and this one would be "all I want for christmas"

Regardless of the price I would try to obtain a life time supply of it.

Very nice knife!

It could have had G10 on the non-lock side which would make it grippier. But, it looks great!!

I know, you can't make everyone happy! ;)

Awesome pics Paul, I like the leafs background, very nice. You did a HUGE leap in your photoshooting skills. ;)

Ti Sage? Very cool, I dont like linerlocks very much, but I can live with a framelock, just this one is gonna be out of my financial reach lol! :D

The Native 4 looks nice too.

I bet Tom Krein or a similar talented "knife mechanic" ;) could do that.

AKAIK, Jürgen Schanz (who FFG'd my ZDP Endura and Delica 4W) alrady converted some knives to SE.

Gee...Thanx Paul....

My wife caught me looking at the pics last night and said "Oh, no..not another one. I thought you only liked the ones with the 'teeth' on them?"

"Yeah," I replied. "But I'm making an exception for this one..."

A ti-handled framelock with a FFG S30V blade....

I can't wait for this one to be released...

Hi Paul,

That's a great looking knife, and you made some beautiful pictures.
Nice gesture from Sal and the crew.
That new Sage is something I really would like to have in my collection.

OK. I admit the first Sage was not really my cup of tea, something about it didn't really "do it" for me, but I really like the new RIL Sage. I am sure that it will become good friends with my CRK Sebenza.

By the way, does anyone know if the RIL Sage will replace the Walker Sage, or join it as a variant?

My guess is that the CF model will be phased out as the Ti moves in. This is such an exciting project for us knife knuts.
Ask me where I got my awesome SUPERHAWK!

More like Mid-Cal now

I think I saw somewhere Sal mentioning that the CF Sage will be in production until a masive drop in demand occurs... hope I'll have enough time to buy my second

Sal said before that all variants of the sage will kept being made as long as there is demand for each of them.
