The results are in ! Two hours of picking only the red Tabasco peppers ! Just two plants and must say my most successful harvest . I have them all dehydrating for at least 24 hours. Dan

Last harvest of the year , Long Hots which are supposed to be similar to Cayenne pepper in flavor and heat . My first year trying them and dehydrating to blending to powder . Dan

I also dehydrated the Long Hots , which will be a blend of green and red . The Tabasco will be unblinded for the first time all red . I’m excited how they are going to turn out . I have some left over Tabasco from last year to compare . Dan
