I've never seen the show, but he seems comfortable with it in that picture. I'd guess it is his own knife.

Awesome! I've always hoped to spot a Military but I never watch the right channel apparently.

JUST SPOTTED on Animal Planet in the current ad for Wild Recon with the shark tagging, for a split second you can see a wire clip and a big orange handle and a blunt tip = C79OR Assist!!! Very cool. I would have been more excited to see an actual Salt knife being used underwater with sharks.

It's the first spotting I've had in a long time. I'm convinced I'm not watching the right stuff.

That shot shows the opposite side of the blade from where the serrations were cut it. It might still be the same prop.

I was analyzing the pictures more and see that the chain link fence is double-layered in the first shot, but only single in the second.

The knife has been flipped over as well. Sharp side down in shot 1, sharp side up in shot 2. Grip is different in the two shots as well.

I enjoy finding incongruities in movies. :)

I think this is a repost but I'm not sure, shot looks really familiar.
He was such a bastard in that movie! lol. Yeah the knife is just flipped over from one shot to the next. I've seen the SS Enurda and SS Police in many things, usually serrated. Classic knives.

Another I can think of is the Russian dude at the docks at the end of Eraser has the SS Endura. Trying to remember others...

I don't have a screenshot, but did anyone catch the yellow Salt that was used on Wild Recon a few days ago? Pretty long scene where he uses it to cut off a fin sample from a Mako shark.

I saw that too. Just one more of the 1001 uses of the Pac Salt.

i purposly watched training day the other day on hbo for like 40 mins just to see that scene with the se ss police! :p i wonder what sal thinks about spydies always being used on tv/movie? does he, sitting in a chair at home, sit up and say to his wife "hey look the wire is using one of our knives!" or "that mili looks badass! on etc, etc!" it obviosuly helps business right? although i guess only spydie users reconize them and scream "thats a pac salt" or whatever model we see

Lol

I love how most of these screens have the characters holding the butt end of the handle so more knife shows up on the screen.

Totally impractical!

100% agree with you -- of all knives that I have clicked so far, Spydies come out amazingly good. :-)

And the blade has actually flipped sideways between the two shots!

Does a sighting in anime count? There is this on-going anime called Durarara! its japanese :) ok and one of the charectercs Izaya Orihara is using something similar to centofante 3,also i think I might have something to do with the cosplayer taking the knife up for a try. :) ImageImage Image

Awesome. The Centofante definitely looks like something an anime character would carry.
