What Spyderco is in your pocket today??

SPY27 Native 5 for a day on the river. I was carrying the 20cv Endura as a fishing knife for a while, but have switched to the linerless N5. I found a bit of corrosion starting on the Endura liners when I took it apart to check it out. That convinced me to go linerless. No salt water around, so I haven’t gone salt series yet.

The most significant rust I have ever had was on the uncoated liners of my 20CV Endela (not from salt water). I think the moisture just sits next to those liners and doesn't dry fast enough. Minus salt water conditions, most steels seem to be ok with my uses from a corrosion stand point, but those liners.

Double wielding K390 today. Para 3 and Stretch 2. With its recent sharpening the Para 3 is screaming sharp... the Stretch may need to go to the stones. It's not a bad edge, but could be screaming sharp with a little work also.

definitely looks better like that than if they had left the hardware uncoated though. i like the three colors in concert. can't wait to get mine in hand.
