Somebody just read the Spyderco Byte

I was guessing what the new model in the mail to keithkevinken is, yes based on the byte but not saying it should be on the list. However this year they put the Rhino in there then it came out then they put in the Hanan and it came out so I'd say it's a fair guess it's going to be at collectors next week.

Hahhaa, I was wondering how far that would go. Tempted to give it a try as my first Native. Though I am a fan of a thumb ramp, the hype of the Native makes me feel like I'm missing out on something here.

Agreed. To me the iconic Spyderco shape is a tall blade with the thumb ramp behind the hole, and the spine drops steeply to the pointy tip. But so many love the native and it’s progeny, they can’t all be wrong! I need to rent one...

My first Spydie was the old native frn, I've been thinking either the Native salt or maxamet maybe my first native 5 lwt. I wish one of those was out in G10

I just got so tired of waiting I ordered an s90v native from Cutlery Shoppe to hold me over. Btw, those are almost gone.

Was thinking of doing the same. Did you go for the DLC or uncoated?
