This scale swap made me happy...

I tried this previously by swapping only the blades. That did not work. Both blades were heavily off-center and rubbed the scales. I was puzzled, tried a few different things, but no luck. So I aborted the idea.
This time I swapped only the scales. I also sanded down a few small burrs around the liner holes on both knives, that I did not notice before. That did the trick. They both came out with solid lockup, no play, and perfectly centered.
Already doing some pruning in the yard today. Perhaps this is just me, but I don't want fancy carbon fiber on my work knives.
