A UKPK in S90V. Because i'm in Germany on holiday. Used it today to cut a leberwurst sausage to spread on my loaf of bread.

Yes, the dull knife they gave me in the hotel wasn't up for the task of cutting thru the skin of the wurst....so i descreetly removed the ukpk and slit effortly thru the wurst.
