Oh man, all that Pac Salt action has me itching for a green handled LC200N sample. Excited to hear what you think? It is a really good looking knife.
I have utmost respect for what vivi shared with everyone . I will do a final impression at the end of upcoming week. Great learning experience .My Dragonfly got the same treatment yesterday. Jeff seriously give it a thought to try it . MG2
I'll be watching for your post!
I went with something a little different for work tonight. Couldn't remember the last time I carried this one. Since I switched to coarse edges I've come back to preferring PE, but it's always good to try different knives from time to time.

I’ve always liked the look of this knife , feels great in hand . Wish they would bring it back with upgraded lock . It’s a beauty. MG2
Put a CBB lock on it and I think they would sell. Part Manix part Caribbean. I would be in for one.
Currently my two most carried knives are the tenacious SE and Kapara…aside from the lock, the D’Allara 3 incorporates all my favorite attributes of both! The “handle forward” design plus whatever you want to call that blade shape! I just can’t spend over $200 on another knife for a while!

Could I possibly get a link to to thread you mentioned? Sounds like a good read and I don’t recall what it was.

Thank you, MG. I was very lucky to find this new at a brick and mortar store a few hours from our place.
I am excited about the possibility of finding other specimens from the golden age of Spyderco

I bought this year's ago for steak. It has a light steak and lobster petina. I'm carrying it today for my bday steak dinner tonight.

I've got the Bronco hanging out in the sun. The sun being out isn't a common winter thing where I'm from so it's nice to get out and enjoy when you can.

Nice wheeler! Can you get about anywhere with those tracks on it? What have you been cutting with that SmallFly?

Yeah, the tracks are amazing. The flotation in snow is crazy. I’ve stepped off of it and sunk up to my waist. The only time I have been stuck with tracks was when I blew up the front differential. That is the downside of tracks, they are hard on the machine. They are especially hard on the steering and the drivetrain.
I used the knife for all sorts of stuff this week. Opening packages, scraping gaskets, opening tubes of grease, stabbing a hole in an oil filter and I was even batonning some small pieces of fatwood to start a fire. Somehow this thing has turned into a beater.
