Note: Arkham is using a device of his own creation which, IIRC, uses a Co2 cartridge. In other words, the fart sounds are realistic, but are 100% fake.
IMO, Arkham is the only truly funny "fart prankster" on YouTube, because,
1: He looks the part;
2: Unlike all the other fart pranksters, he doesn't need to over-exaggerate his body language and mannerisms to a cartoonish degree. But when he does go extreme, he goes way further than any of the other fart pranksters combined, as is evident in his fitting room pranks, like the one in this vid.
Another thing that makes it funny is that the janitors will go into the fitting room and find nothing in there, except the stink of the spray he spritzed in there.
