Recently bought a heavily used CF ZDP-189; the tip was showing above the scales. Switched it out with my HAP40 user blade and the results are below... more of a Jester-like profile :spyder:

I made a shallow carry pocket clip for my K390 Urban.





It was difficult to remove the Urban from my pocket due to pinching my pocket material with the deep carry clip. Now I can pinch above the pocket to pull up and out. Much better!!!

Nice idea. I hate how when I grab the deep carry clips, my finger pressure on the clip makes it hold on for dear life. UKPK’s and Urbans do this to me.

If you're interested in doing the same, I used 1/16" stainless steel welding filler metal (316L in this case but 308, etc. would work too). It took a few tries to get the shape I wanted and consistent bends, but the effort and result are totally worth it.

Nice! I’d love an orange-handled pac-Salt. Love the clips too. Did you polish the one on the spyderhawk, or was it like that after stripping paint?

It was a dull gray after stripping almost a bead blast. I just finished putting a satin finish on everything. Took it apart and satin finished the black rings in the pivot too. Gotta figure out how to polish the slots in the barrel screws.

Thanks Jazz. I do wish i got some extra black screws around that would make him ever nicer. :o Maybe Sal can be inspired to make a sprint run with these colors? :D
