......and the first Manix XL S90V is on E-bay. It does not appear to be a collector's club number.

That was some quick flipping. Breakneck speed.

That knife looks small compared to that .223 cartridge... is that a new Dragonfly sprint? :O

(The .50 doesn't have a normal projectile in it either.)

Oh snap, I ordered mine 8:05am, getting the first batch. Now I'm thinking they might send me a CC noooooooo! I recently sold one of my Cruwears because it was a CC and ordered a clean second one to replace it. Not that serious, but if I can I will!

KW lets you leave them a note when you order. I should have said it but I didnt want to lose my spot!

I doubt you will get a CC#. I've never seen them ship those as part of the pre-orders.

Mine doesn't have one.

I avoid CC knives too. To me, it clutters up the blade, and it's kind of like getting a knife with someone else's initials engraved in it. I always add a note to seller requesting no CC numbers!

Most collectors do not want the xtra writing on the blade. Some pay xtra for it, but to others it takes away from the knife.
The run was 800. KW will not get all 800 as the CC knives get shipped out 1st. (I think that's how it usually goes) :D

An idea, what if Spyderco put the CC# in the tang next to the steel or country of origin instead? Quick, get your Spydie out your pocket and look at the tang, wouldn't it be better there than being emblazoned on the blade? Like, look at me a bunch of random numbers in the middle of S90v steel! lol

For him to just break even, it'll have to reach close to $250 because of fees and shipping. I don't see it happening especially since he's only willing to ship within the US. He may be better off returning it if he was selling it on Ebay because of buyer's remorse.

Unless someone mistakes it for the grail S90v regular size Manix2  I will fondle mine tonight and make believe it was that one.

I don't know. The cruwear millie was selling for 230-240 a few days after people got them, and that could be had for like $139. Who knows.
