Hey vivi,
Thanks for the heads-up on CKW processing & shipping.
As a result, I was totally stress/worry free; and ten days after I placed my GB2 order, I got an e-mail showing it was shipping.

If you are in the DFW area, Scheels has (had?) a killer deal on some Spydercos. The one that jumped out at me the most was a 15V Military 2. They had it for like $191.99. I couldn't believe it. Almost got it just because. They also had some good deals on the S90V CF Native 5 and the Vallotton. I don't remember those prices, however. Their website does not reflect the sale prices. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend checking it out.

Lowest I've seen the GB2 in a while..

Keep in mind, CKW's shipping has not been speedy lately (they have a notice about shipping times right on their homepage).. about a week before they get around to mailing stuff out on my last few orders from them.
Thanks for that! Ordered.
And delivered today by 3pm!

I must say I’m impressed by the feel and build quality of this knife. It’s been a while since I used a Spydie that wasn’t FFG or whatever a PacSalt is. Hollow grind with thinner blade than I expected should make for a very nice user.

Congrats on getting yours!
I have not yet received mine; and according to tracking, it looks like Mon Dec. 22nd is when it'll get delivered.
So that'll be a THREE weeks from ordering to delivery, lol.
Thanks to DSH007 (for some reason I thought vivi mentioned it) though for the heads up, I expected it and aint sweating it =-]
For the price we got them for, it's all good with me.

Great deals for you guys. I almost bought one, and I already have two GB 2's and a GB 1. You might also like the GB Advocate - very classic shape, but dressy.

CKW has so many good deals, it's worth the shipping delays.

Couldn’t pass it up. I’d hemmed and hawed enough. The GB I’m most curious about now is the Air.

I'm looking for a PM2, Shaman or Manix2 in 15V... preferably PM2/Shaman. Can anyone direct me to a place to purchase?

I looked for a PM2 in 15v and was surprised that they are mostly gone except for $$$ at ebay. My absolute favorite of all the Spyderco's is the Military 2 in 15v, and they are still for sale, (until they are not). ;)

The Manix 2, PM2, & Shaman 15V Sprints were the first three released, with the Manix 2 dropping in December of 2022, the PM2 in February 2023, and the Shaman in March 2023. These first three were all made in runs of 1200 each, not the reported 5k each of all subsequent 15V Sprints. This accounts for their scarcity and the high prices they command on the secondary market. I highly doubt there are any remaining for sale at regular retail outlets.

Your welcome thuyenbuom, You will enjoy your Military 2 in 15v. Amazing steel and a great job done by Spyderco and Shawn. It will be (stupid sharp) also. :winking-tongue I cut a lot of cardboard, and mine never got dull after months of use. I stropped it of course, and finally I sharpened it 'just because' I could. :squinting-tongue

You're most welcome, gentlemen.. glad it worked out!

FYI, my MO with CKW for the past few orders has been to wait a week and if it hasn't shipped yet, I will reach out by email with a friendly/casual "hey I know you mentioned longer processing times, can I get a status update please" type message, which usually prompts a shipping notification and tracking number within 24 hrs.. I've never not gotten an order from CKW haha, as long as that remains the case, I'm ok with a little waiting to save some money..

..well, that escalated quickly..
