TKJ Spyderco exclusive cruwear ????

I grew up doing construction in the 90’s and using $5 flea market knives. They were never all that great, but hey — they were $5. My dad got me a stainless handled Schrade lockback when I graduated college, and it was the best knife I ever had. Lost that one and picked up the Kershaw Greenout in ‘08 which inspired an interest in modern pocket knives. I managed to keep track of the Greenout and am sentimental for that colorway. A little more blue in the Shaman which make a very nice color. What a great year it’s been for fans of Cruwear, this Shaman is exceptionally well put together. I believe it’s locks with the most authority I’ve heard in a compression lock. Glad I got a chance with the restock, this is a good one.

I need a little advice on the current crop of TKJ Shamans.

Spyder edge CruWear? PE?

Or S30v SE or PE?

I was doing some heavy cutting with a PM2 S90v and the whole time I was thinking, “This really could use a heavier duty blade..”

Any thoughts, opinions?

Well, after dithering, I went with CruWear DLC plain edge.

Didn’t want it to sell out while I was being indecisive, like last time.
