You can't go wrong with the spy 27 shaman I feel to be honest...it's a great steel it sharpens very nice and crisp and sticky if that makes any sense haha . It's also tough enough and corrosion resistant so you don't need to baby it . And the shaman is a great knife I have four myself so maybe I might be bias but come on THAT BLUE IS AWESOME
Have you looked closely at yours to see if the blade tip is still exposed or near exposed when in the closed position?
Somebody started a thread here about that and showing it next to an older Shaman where the tip is deeper in the handle...
Going back to Caly.

I saw they were priced 199.00 also at Bentobox, pretty much just what they are marketed at right now...

Fair enough. First few place I'd checked either had them at slightly more than $200 or at full price and Indiana is the first one I saw at $200. Just got one myself actually. Should've bought one sooner. Can't believe how thin the blade is.

Both of the above knives are used and not new. The plain edge cali is pretty beat up.

I think the point here is these are both still competitive prices for these models. Clearly the caly jr price is a definite deal considering known secondary market sale prices.

Far as the zdp caly 3.5, assuming the scales/pivot aren't rusted away to nothing that's still a great price, nothing a bevel reset and cleaning won't take care of. These are now going new for what over $200?

Imho, these are both solid deals.

Edit: after looking more closely at the 3.5 I'd say the asking price is slightly high, but I still think it's worth around $100 maybe slightly less, still plenty of blade there.

Yes, but for the money, you like these knives and wanted one to edc to use you already got the new knocked off and you could just enjoy having it and being able to use it.

Least that's how I see this knife.

Heck, I just bought a Manix2xl off this site for 150 bucks plus 13 bucks shipping, which is way cheaper than the new one I just bought last week that is just like it.

Beat up or whatever I can put this knife in one of my trucks for a whatever knife if it's beat up to bad to edc lol.

I couldn't see anything bad on it from the pix, so I guess I can see if I get my money's worth on the first time buying from this place lol. Then I will know if this a place for me to shop or not lol...

I actually got a zdp 3.5 PE, in my pocket today actually! Love it.
Currently the next knife I’m on the hunt for getting is a PE micarta Jr. (ideally untouched and unused, it’d be my weekend carry knife not hard user) it appears PE versions are a lot harder to come by than serrated

Never seen them this cheap, so I just bought myself a backup. :)
