Keeping you guys in my thoughts and prayers. You both have earned some relaxation time! Nothing like the ocean air to help one heal. I'll be heading down to the OBX in June. Enjoy the vacation, but most of all, just enjoy!

That's a nice place. I have enjoyed my time there.
That sand dune park (Jockey's Ridge) is kind of nice (and free) if you don't mind the walking.

Final radiation treatment just started. Yay! What an exhausting week for her (not all related to the cancer).
My goal is that she rest and recuperate all weekend.

It is one of our favorite places. We've been there 8-9 times over the years. My expectation is we are just going to sit on the deck, watch the ocean and have a nice bottle of wine.

Worse. (Roman knows, but one of those "other challenges" She did something to her knee Monday and has been basically unable to walk all week. Fortunately you can easily grab a wheelchair at the hospital, so I've been wheeling her in and out of her treatments.)
She has an appointment with her Ortho doctor Wed. I'm trying my best to keep her off it until then.
