I don't do too much personal messages. But I do watch the forums. The only thing that I could think of was, as you say, some kind of inlay.

Didn't they give away a free pair of suspenders when you bought two of those PM2's?

I think a copper Bug inlay, like the Centofante has in the handle would be pretty cool but I'm not interested in the whole scales being copper, too heavy and smells like sweaty pennies

They do look cool when they patina though.

Another usage I've seen that looks nice might be a copper bolster, kind of like the bolster overlay on the image of the 50th, just copper.

There's also copper-infused CF like these Military 2 scales offered by Sharp Dressed Knives (SDK). The look of copper without the weight.

Blonds are good . My experience is you should count on your EDC knife being around longer though .
SWMBO excepted .
She does however , from time to time , threaten to take ME back to the pound . That's how I know she means business and I should pick up all the knives I have strewn around on every surface .

OH now you might be on to something ; make the handle from narrow oak slats , iron bands , square nails .
Would be less cold in the winter.

Yep that is very cool !
I have been thinking ; more boring , less busy / more focused on a single shape or small area of pattern , some serious tactile effect .
