Looks nice! I have one of the Fradon Lock exclusives and, fortunately, there's no issues with the scale. I really like HAP40. So it's one of my favorite Delicas. I got it on closeout for a great price. For the price of this new one it's an easy pass

Remind me what the fradon lock delica look like? That knife sat there for years. I can’t think delica exclusives are that popular since many take a long long time to sell out.

Ya and everyone said that one was too expensive at $156

I hope they do an Endela next. That porridge is just right. ;)

This is why Spyderco never does linered G10/CF lockback sprints. Everyone's first reaction - "too expensive"

Joining the chorus here— nice knife, unfortunately too pricey for me.

Sure nice, and the Delica to me still is the best folder in this particular size range...but no teeth and CF mean not really the knife for me.

I’m all in. I have the dragonfly. It’s the one knife I hear a lot of people say they wish they got one. It has 2002 vibes all over it. Also as a car guy it’s like the perfect accessory.

I broke down and bought one. It does feel very premium. Probably the most even edge bevels I've gotten on a Seki model. I don't think a lot of people realize this has full liners. The scales are also a smooth surface CF, not peel ply CF (ETA: updated with CF info from radioactivespyder below). None of the stock photos the dealers use show off the full liners. Odd omissions as those could be a selling point to some. Just an observation, but the TiCN coating isn't as smooth as what we've seen on the Taichung models, so it's basically the same as we got on the PD#1 Sprints.

Still in stock at a lot of places, no doubt due to the price. However, I feel like it's one of the models people will kick themselves in the future for not getting when they had the chance. Personally I'm hoping they do a run of the Endela in this configuration.

Don't mind the factory oil, I just got it and hadn't wiped it down yet.

TiCN coating on the Delica and the recent Smock exclusive. My photo doesn't really do the Smock TiCN any justice...

The G10 and other CF Delicas all have full liners rather than nested ones like the FRN models. Also, I think there’s some confusion regarding CF offerings from the different factories: Seki uses smooth full CF scales, Golden uses peel ply full CF scales, and only Taichung offers the CF/G10 laminate whereby a thin smooth CF layer tops a thicker G10 base. The only peel ply offerings are the Golden models, which are again full CF slabs with the peel ply process giving them that awesome textured feel — no G10 involved in those. Hope that helps. I also have one inbound and will post pics one I receive it. Cheers, Radioactive

You’re welcome! In thinking about this more, Japan also offered a peel ply CF Stretch (1) back in the day — a super awesome version BTW! So peel ply isn’t exclusive to just Golden. If anyone knows of a peel ply CF Taichung model, please let us know but none come to mind for me.

Thanks for posting guys. fail on the sellers part not to show off those full liners. Ah, the more I think about it, the more I want one. The only thing is I could get for less money a salt Millie or pm2, a cru wear stretch, or pretty much any spydie I desire. But this one is highly collectible!
